Open your Dashboard.For Report Type, choose Energy Data 15 Min Interval.
Choose the date range.Use one year for the fastest report, or up to two years for more usage history. If you moved in more recently, start with your move-in date. Two years takes longer to process.
Click Submit Update.Wait for the usage information to load.
Click Export My Report.This downloads the CSV file we need. Do not choose Green Button Download My Data—that creates an XML file.
Come back here.Upload the original CSV without opening, renaming, or editing it.

“Total current charges” is usually the place to start. Subtract taxes or tax reimbursements if they’re included, along with any late fees, deposits or unrelated charges. Keep electricity, delivery and regular service fees after bill credits. A dollar or two off will not heavily impact the savings estimate.
